I am a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor (LGPC) with a Master’s Degree in Clinical
Mental Health Counseling from Washington Adventist University. I have also worked as an
educator in the Washington, DC Metro area for the past 20 years.
What drew me to therapy was my passion for guiding
individuals in self-advocacy, reclaiming their voice, and learning to celebrate their own
superpowers. My therapeutic approach is rooted in a holistic foundation that promotes
mindfulness, compassion and collaboration.
