Please note that insurance does not cover late cancellation or no-show fees.
In Network With


If we are out-of-network with your insurance provider, we can provide a superbill (a detailed
receipt) for you to submit for possible reimbursement.
- Payment is due at the time of service.
- Accepted forms of payment: credit card, debit card, or HSA/FSA cards.
- A valid credit card is required to be kept securely on file.
- Outstanding balances exceeding $300 must be paid before scheduling further sessions.
In accordance with the No Surprises Act, self-pay clients are entitled to a Good Faith Estimate outlining the expected cost of therapy. This estimate will be provided at the beginning of services and is available upon request at any time.
